TopMark Solutions work with a variety of cutting-edge equipment including high-pressure, high-temperature jet washers, line-marking equipment and all kinds of tools used in our reactive maintenance services.
So we’re very aware of safety – including when working at height on gutter clearance, drainage maintenance and so on, as this is one of the biggest risks of injury in any profession that takes place above ground level.
Our credentials demonstrate this commitment to health and safety, as we hold accredited contractor status from CHAS and SafeContractor approval, so you have peace of mind that we will carry out all work with the correct safety precautions in place.
Making premises safer for you
It’s not just our own work that is carried out with safety in mind – the services we provide can also help to make business premises safer, reduce hazards to school pupils and care home residents, and make car parks safer to navigate too.
Jet washing can remove slippery substances from pavements, such as algae, moss and stubborn muddy deposits, helping to restore grip to natural surfaces and textured safety paving.
Clearing drainage and gutter clearance has safety implications too, as it ensures excess rainwater is able to escape as intended into the sewers, and does not add to the risk of flooding above-ground.
What is ISO9001?
In addition to our accredited safe contractor status, we are also proud to hold QMS ISO9001 registered status – so what does this mean for you?
ISO9001 is a standard that recognises quality management, and is designed to help organisations of all sizes to meet and exceed expectations on a regular basis – a commitment we are proud to be able to make.
That means higher employee morale, which you’ll see in every member of our team who carries out work on your premises.
It also means better relationships with our suppliers and, crucially, higher levels of customer satisfaction, which all adds up to a better overall service.
Going the extra mile
Unlike the other accreditations, ISO9001 is not about protecting life and preventing injury, but in some ways it is more than that.
That’s because it’s about doing more than just delivering on basic safety – it’s our commitment to doing a better job for all of our customers, working well with our suppliers, and to being a good employer for every member of our team too.
We think that’s worth celebrating, and we look forward to delivering on those very high standards for all of our customers in 2019.
